Weekly Class Timetable
Classes take place in Eastbourne and Lewes at various venues. You’ll need to book in advance please for a block or course so that your place is guaranteed.
You are welcome to try a class with me before you commit if you’ve never dojne one before.

GENTLE AND/OR BEGINNER
Suitable for everyone especially if you don’t do regular exercise or you have a specific condition that affects your joints or energy levels. Pilates is usually helpful for Rheumatoid Arthritis, Scoliosis, MS, frozen shoulder and after hip or knee surgery. It’s also a great way to get back into shape after having a baby or just coming back into exercise to improve your overall health.
Improver or intermediate
You’ve done Pilates before and are able to move freely. Great for cyclists, tennis players, runners and team-sports enthusiasts, but equally beneficial for any active person who wishes to challenge themselves further.
Many classes are designed to suit a variety of people as long as you recognise your limits! Exercises are differentiated so you achieve one level before moving on to a higher one.
