If you have a specific condition or feel nervous about joining a general class, try a one to one session
For many reasons a general class is just not suitable for everyone. Perhaps you have a specific back condition such as scoliosis or you’re recovering from an injury such as a slipped (bulging) disc or an operation. In this case, you need tailored Pilates that addresses your particular needs.
Many people, new to Pilates, need a few individual sessions to develop confidence and knowledge before they join a class.
